Submission of a Tier II form is required under Section 312 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA),  your facility must submit a Tier II to CEOS by March 1ST.

Your 2020 Tier II submittal is complete and on file in My Resources.
